In 2019, I was commissioned by the Football Federation to develop a strategic business study and a 5-year roadmap aimed at transforming stadium fan culture and accelerating attendance growth. The core thesis centered on building a long-term loyalty pipeline: targeting youth aged 16–18 and designing an ecosystem that empowers them to evolve over five years into a disciplined, passionate core of lifelong supporters. By architecting an active "empowerment team" to lead synchronized chants and matchday entertainment, we established a scalable blueprint for creating an electric, unified stadium experience that turns casual matchdays into deeply engaging community events.

Digital Transformation in the Creative Economy | National Cultural Portal (2020) True digital leadership lies in leveraging technology to solve economic challenges and empower local communities during times of crisis. During the 2020 pandemic, I conceptualized, founded, and directed the implementation of a national digital stock marketplace under the umbrella of the Ministry of Culture to support Doha’s photography and videography community.
